Key Features
EuroFlex® is Euroink’s versatile solvent-based ink system engineered for reverse printing and lamination on flexible films. It delivers clean dots, excellent trap and high running stability on both flexo and gravure at industrial speeds.
Formulated for low solvent retention, high bond strength with both solvent-based and solventless PU adhesives, and controlled COF for efficient VFFS/HFFS conversion. Available in high-gloss or low-gloss sets, with specialty whites for metallized and clear films.
Designed for indirect food packaging when used as intended and in line with applicable regulations and customer’s adhesive/process (converter responsibility).
· Lamination excellence: high bond strength with solvent-based/solventless PU adhesives; no bleed, clean interlayers.
· Low solvent retention: fast, even drying and consistent odor profile.
· High speed stability: long-run press stability; crisp dots, clean trap, low foaming.
· COF control: tuned slip for VFFS/HFFS and pouch making (sealed area compatibility).
· Gloss & clarity: high gloss for shelf impact; clear laminations on PET/OPP/PE and metallized structures.
· White portfolio: high-opacity, high-adhesion whites for clear and metallized films.
· Adhesion range: BOPP (clear/met), PET (clear/met), PE (treated), OPA/NY; selected papers/foils with suitable primers.
· Options: toluene-free and MEK-reduced variants; high-density colors; low-VOC/high-solids sets.
· Thermal robustness: suitable for typical lamination processes and moderate hot-fill/pasteurization regimes (process-dependent; validation required).
